How Do I Get My Arrest Removed From My Record?

If your case has been dismissed, or you have been found not guilty, you may be eligible for an expunction. If the arrest is expunged, no one will be able to pull it up on a criminal history report – not even law enforcement.

Petition for Non-Disclosure

If your case resulted in a deferred adjudication, you may be eligible for a petition for non-disclosure. A petition for non-disclosure allows only certain agencies to see your arrest.

You are also legally allowed to deny you were ever arrested for the crime.

Call Goddard & Hoing Law, P.C. now to discuss your eligibility.

"Awesome lawyer!
Would absolutely recommend her. She went above and beyond for me and my kids. I have had to deal with a lot of lawyers, but Lisa has to be the best I have had. If she says that she will fight for you, trust me she will."
